What is an ARCHANGEL?



ARCHANGEL is an organization formed by students who join and use their strength to have a voice during their journey during their stay abroad. Through their union, students can help each other to bring each other’s strength out. They can help each other with Universities, employers, workplace health and safety, job training and other related issues. They also serve an important role in making sure that everyone acts fairly and treats its student with respect.




Why do I need it?



You yourself being a student you know the hardship of being an international student and care about, each other. We can do more for our friends, our families, and each other if we speak with one voice. When we organize as a group, we gain the strength to make a change. Together, we speak with one voice that everyone can hear / no one can ignore.





Why do I need it now?



Some people like to blame international students for most of the international student problems. They say we enjoy too much, we have the luxury and benefits, and we have too much money. They say it is based on social media posts, stories of friends and relatives but few people know the actual story. They don’t give us the priority or even proper information given our life is at the stake how our journey aboard turns out to be.



We have known international students are the backbone of the Australian University. Together, we can bring prosperity and opportunity to all working families. We want to provide our brothers and sisters with the right path, and to make our communities stronger and safer. No one should see us as a cash cow, no one who cares about us should exploit us, no one should see us as an open opportunity to rob us of our rights. We must act now to stop the attacks on our rights and our ability to thrive for a decent living. That’s why helping more student join this gives us a voice to bargain for a better life is. As a group, we work together to build political support for the vital services we provide. We make our families, our communities, and our country stronger.
